Requirements 投稿要求
- Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. 论文写作和演讲语言为英语。
- Each paper should have no less than 4 pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references. 每篇论文通常不少于4页（含图表和参考文献）。
- One regular registration is within FIVE Pages. Extra pages will be charged. 一篇常规注册包含5页，超页将收取费用。

Review Process 审稿流程
- All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence. 所有稿件将进行盲审，需满足创新性和学术 excellence 的科学标准。
- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. 通讯作者需确保所有合作作者同意发表，并对投稿和审稿过程负责。
- Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day. 审稿意见将反馈给您，您需在规定日期前完成修改并提交修订稿。
Plagiarism Policy 学术不端政策
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. MERE is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others.
所有投稿内容必须为原创，不得同时投递至其他会议或期刊。MERE 对抄袭行为零容忍。
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken / 如发现抄袭行为，将采取以下制裁措施：
- Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications. 拒绝投稿或从最终出版物中删除该文。
- Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s). 向作者的导师及所属机构报告违规行为。
- Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency. 向学术伦理监督部门和科研资助机构报告违规行为。
- Reserve the right to publish the author's name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist. 保留公开抄袭者姓名、论文题目、所属机构及违规细节的权利。
