Important Notice / 重要说明

  • One regular registration is within SIX Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages (＞6) will be charged. 一篇常规注册包含6页（含图表和参考文献），超过6页将收取费用。
  • One additional paper is available at a discounted rate, provided that it is authored by the same first author. Any further papers (3rd and onwards) must be registered at the full regular rate.同一第一作者的第二篇论文可享受额外论文（Additional Paper）优惠价。第三篇及以后的论文需按常规注册费标准全额注册。
  • Please send the required documents: a. final paper; b. signed copyright form; c. payment proof to to finish the registration. 请将所需文件（终稿、版权协议、付款凭证）发送至上述邮箱完成注册。
  • Please note that the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you cannot participate in the conference. 如无法参会，已付注册费不予退还。

Format of Presentations 报告形式

  • Paper sessions / 论文报告： You are expected to present your paper within 15 minutes including question time. Each presenter will be expected to have the presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point saved in USB. 每篇论文报告15分钟（含问答），请将PPT存入U盘。
  • Poster sessions / 海报展示： All posters will be displayed in the open area around the meeting rooms. 所有海报将展示在会议室周边的开放区域。
  • Note / 注意： The following resources will be available for presentations: flipcharts, laptops, projectors and screens. 以下设备可供使用：活动挂图、笔记本电脑、投影仪和屏幕。

Refund Policy 退款政策

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
若参会者因个人原因申请取消注册并退款，适用以下政策：

60 days ahead of the conference / 会前60天及以上70% of payment refund / 退款70%
30-60 days ahead of the conference / 会前30-60天50% of payment refund / 退款50%
Within 30 days ahead of the conference / 会前30天内No refund / 不予退款
  • Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. 取消和退款请求必须通过邮件正式提出，缺席者不予退款。
  • The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc. 组委会不对超出控制范围的问题负责，如天气、场地、旅行困难、签证问题等。
  • The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. 因不可抗力因素，组委会有权更改会议日期和地点。
  • Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well. 因不可抗力事件造成的损失，组委会不承担责任，退款政策亦不适用。
